Do I own the code?
Yes. Source code and documentation are handed over at the end, and they're yours. No lock-in, no licence you have to keep paying for.
Can the price change?
We quote a flat price in writing before we start. It only changes if the brief changes, and we agree the cost first.
Do you do hosting?
We can host it, or set you up somewhere sensible and hand you the keys. Nine years in web hosting means the server side is part of the job rather than someone else's problem.
What if it breaks after launch?
Anything that breaks in the first 30 days because of our work gets fixed at no cost. After that, choose a care plan or an hourly fix.
Will you tell me if it's a bad idea?
Yes, including if it is not work we should take on. We'd rather point you elsewhere than do a job badly.
